Glacier Highlights

Take off from Mount Cook Airport near Mount Cook Village for a long, slow circuit of the valley formed by the Tasman Glacier. Land on snow on a glacier with plenty of time to take photographs and enjoy the pristine beauty. The take off for the flight back to the airport is almost as big a thrill as the landing.

 

The Grand Circle

The Grand Circle: Take off from Mount Cook Airport and follow the ridge on one side of the valley before taking a long loop around Mount Cook. Follow the Main Divide with panoramic views of the glaciers creeping away towards the West Coast. Land near the Tasman Glacier and take a stroll in the snow while you capture the scene on camera.
